Terms and Conditions

    Read the terms and conditions for the Cloth Nappies and Reusable Sanitary Products trial competition.

    1. The promotor of the Competition is Livingstone Shire Council ABN 95 399 253 048 (Council).
    2. Entrants: To be eligible to enter this competition, a person must:
      1. Provide all information as required in these Terms and Conditions;
      2. Be a resident of Livingstone Shire and if requested, able to provide evidence of such residency;
      3. Not be an employee or contracted staff of Council;
      4. Be over the age of 18 or have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter the competition; and
      5. Within the current financial year (01 July 2020 - 30 June 2021), have proof of purchase of items on the below list of Acceptable Products:
        • Cloth nappies
        • Reusable swim nappies
        • Reusable inner liners for nappies
        • Reusable baby wipes
        • Wet bags for reusable nappies
        • Reusable nursing breast pads
        • Reusable sanitary pads
        • Reusable sanitary cups
        • Leak proof underwear
        • Wet bags for reusable sanitary items
    3. Items specifically excluded from the Acceptable Products list include postage costs or single use items.
    4. Reusable nappy/sanitary products purchased online are acceptable, but the cost of postage does not form part of your item purchase price. 
    5. The entrant must provide a copy of receipt or proof of purchase which includes the date and an itemised list of the goods (purchased during the period 01 July 2020 until 30 June 2021).
    6. Entrants can enter multiple individual purchases (one receipt per entry) which will remain in all consecutive monthly draws. You can however, only win once.  The first draw will be for the month of October and include any purchases from 01/7/20 - 31/10/20. 
    7. Purchased items must be clearly identified on the receipt or proof of purchase by stating the Acceptable Product’s name and individual cost.
    8. The invoice or proof of purchase may be provided as a scanned image or a clear photograph.
    9. Entrants must have spent over $30.00 to be eligible (excluding postage).
    10. Applications can be submitted online. If an entrant does not have computer access, entries can be completed in person by visiting a Customer Service Centre.
    11. Monthly prize will be a $100 Keppel Cash Card .
    12. A computer automated application will  choose the monthly winner.
    13. Winners will be notified by the contact details provided (phone and/or email address).
    14. Prizes will be paid within one (1) months of monthly winner announcement.
    15. Council accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries.
    16. Council reserves the right to modify these competition conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the competition at any time without notice or further recourse.
