Our first budget preparation workshop for 2023-24 is next Monday, 31 October 2022. The purpose of this workshop is to confirm the key priorities, projects, initiatives, or activities for the 2023-24 budget.

This survey will allow Councillors an opportunity to reflect on “where we are now” using five broad elements that impact council sustainability, adapted from the draft sustainability framework, namely:

  • Operating Environment
  • Finances
  • Assets
  • Governance; and
  • Compliance

These survey results will aid in setting the strategic direction to guide the development of the 2023-24 budget and operational plan.

Please complete the survey below prior to Friday this week to help in our preparation for Monday's workshop.
