We have exciting news! Save the date and put in your calendar 14th October 2023.

This year’s Get Ready Day is being held in conjunction with the Capricorn Coast Touch Association’s 20th year Grand Final at the touch football grounds at Barmaryee.

Agencies can participate on the day by having an educational, engaging, or interactive stall.

In addition to this opportunity there is 3 timeslots of up to 10 minutes duration between games for on-field demonstrations or activities. We are open ideas and would value your feedback regarding these 3 timeslots.

This event has specifically been chosen as it is expected to draw a large crowd of people, predominately young families that are living within our shire.

Set up should be completed by 2:30pm and the event runs through until 7:15pm, however agencies can choose to bump out at 5:30pm or stay on until 7:15pm. The last game is at 6pm with presentations at 7pm.

Food and drinks will also be available for purchase from the Salvation Army food van with all proceeds going to them.
