We're excited to invite children of Livingstone Shire to get creative with our colouring-in competition celebrating Get Ready Queensland Week (8-12 October).
We've got a fun colouring-in sheet featuring Council's disaster mascot, Resilient Ricky, to get the conversation started about how to get prepared for extreme weather!
The competition is open to anyone aged 3-12 years old. There are two age categories, 3-6 years and 7-12 years.
It's simple to enter...
- Download the colouring-in sheet by clicking the button below or collect a copy from at Council Customer Service Centres or Libraries.
- Complete the colouring-in sheet of Resilient Ricky.
- Click on the 'I'm Ready!' button below and upload a photo of the completed colouring sheet.
Include a description about why you think it's important to get ready, choose the age category, add your name, and email address (this will not be displayed is only required in order to notify the winner). - Like your favourite entries by clicking/tapping the thumbs up. Remember to ask your family and friends to vote too!
The winner with the most likes from each category will be announced on Monday, 14 October 2024.
