What is the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF)?
Arts Queensland along with Livingstone Shire Council support quality arts and cultural experiences across Queensland through the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF). RADF promotes the role and value of arts, culture and heritage as key drivers of diverse and inclusive communities and strong regions. RADF invests in local arts and cultural priorities, as determined by local communities, across Queensland. RADF supports arts and cultural activities that:
- provide public value for Queensland communities;
- build local cultural capacity, cultural innovation and community well-being; and
- deliver Queensland Government’s objectives for the community.

• ensure that successful applicant funding is aligned to the RADF priorities of Arts Queensland and Livingstone Shire Council;
• provide support to applicants seeking information or advice pertaining to their application;
• help support with the promotion of RADF funding (rounds and professional development);
• participate in RADF Assessment Panel training (as required); and
• prior to any meeting, notify the RADF contact officer of availability to attend.
What term do RADF Assessment Panel members serve?
It is preferred that panel members serve for a minimum of two (2) years.
