Budget Consultation 2021-22 - NOW CLOSED

In 2020, Council undertook a community engagement exercise on budget priorities via the Balancing Act simulation software. The initiative provided the community with the ability to share feedback on how they would balance the budget. Key service areas were identified and participants were provided with options to ‘spend more, spend less or spend same as previous year’.

Council now invites the community to provide feedback on the Budget Consultation Paper as part of the 2021-22 Budget. You can have your say by either of the options below accessible via the online project page:

For those unable to participate online, hard copy surveys and budget consultation papers are available at all Livingstone Shire Customer Service Centres and Libraries, and at the following locations: Byfield General Store; Keppel Sands Convenience Store (next to post office); Cawarral Petrol Station store; Mt Chalmers Library and Historical Centre; Grandma's Store Marlborough; Great Keppel Island Hideaway.

Thank you for your participation, your input is valuable to us. We will collate the information and share it with elected members as the budget is presented for final adoption.
